The Lilith Project: Women’s Weekly News
Eaves Housing for Women - Lilith Project
The Lilith Project was established in 2003 as a second tier agency to carry out research and awareness raising on all issues of violence against women (VAW).
We are managed by Eaves Housing for Women and funded by the Association of London Government and the Home Office. Lilith has a well developed track record of highlighting issues of VAW with action oriented outcomes that enable agencies and individuals to challenge misogynist practices.

Each week we circulate an e- bulletin, the Women's Weekly News. The Women's Weekly News is a round up of violence against women issues in the media. Each week it takes a sample of regional, national and international stories and presents them from a feminist point of view.
The round up also includes calls to action, information about the work of women's organisations and details of feminist conferences, training, events, gatherings, and vacancies for women's charities.
When it began the Women's Weekly News was intended as a resource for purely for women's organization. However four years on with almost 200 editions and 500 readers our e - newsletter is read by a wide audience from police units to health services, unions to education centres and women's organisations and feminists from across the UK; with a click of the mouse we can send our newsletter out to almost 500 readers.
The Women’s Weekly News is free to all subscribers and advertisers and an extensive archive of past newsletters is available online.
